New way to use Photoshop

Date: 9/10/13

I completed the basic costume for fitting. I decided to move onto trying to work out the wings. How big there going to be, how to make them, how to attach them to the back of the bodice. I'd read through the script and realised that the wings need to come off on stage which will pose a lot of problem with how they are to be attached. One idea was to have the wings as if they were a hinge on the back of the bodice, another zips, poppers or Velcro. I'm not sure how we'll manage this but I'm sure we'll find a way.

Tasks started: Started to think about the size of the wings. Look into how wings can be made and attached to the costume.
Tasks completed: Finish the mock up of the bodice, skirt and sleeve.
Learned: Use Photoshop to get the scale of wings and were the wings should start. Think of the wings as two separate parts and try and make them match the dress. Try to not make them look like the don't belong together.
