The top skirt came together very quickly. Putting the cotton tape on for the channels was super quick and easy and then putting the hat wire though. It holds positions very well so I'm very happy with how this all turned out.
Tasks started: Start to think about wings, think about tights, cutting out the bodice.
Tasks completed: Tutu/under skirt under construction, top skirt to the point of fitting.
