Tutus will be the Death of Me

Started to build up the layers of the tutu.Its been a challenge. Gathering all the layers and pinning it to the basic bodice. Then shaping the gathered fabric at the front for the bodice to lie on. The shimmery fabric in the picture above is so difficult to work with because it frays like nothing on earth. You blink and it does. So frustrating. You can't keep adjusting it or unpicking it because it just falls apart.
